Within the next few weeks, DOSOMAT cup filling machines specialized for dairy products will be completed at the Waldner factory in Wangen, Germany. The following DOSOMAT machine will be available between July 26 – August 20, 2014:
DOSOMAT 16.6 CUP FILLING & SEALING WITH STERILIZATION OF CUPS AND LIDS
- 6-lane rotary machine with two filling stations: one for dairy products and one for filling fruit into round plastic cups.
- Cups and lids are sterilized with H202.
- Closure by heat sealing aluminum lid and applying snap on lid.
- Features two different cup sizes with quick changeover.
- New cup and lid magazine buffer system extends refill time by 15-20 minutes.
- Capacity: 15,000 cups/hour
The following DOSOMAT machine will be available between August 11 - 20, 2014:
DOSOMAT 20.8 CUP FILLING & SEALING FOR DAIRY PRODUCTS
- High output 8 lane in-line machine for filling dairy products in plastic cups.
- Closure by heat sealing aluminum lid and applying snap-on lid.
- 100% sterile cup filling and closing.
- Automated cleaning of the dosing system and sterile air tunnel.
- Integrated packer features direct loading of cups into cardboard trays.
- Capacity: 18,000 – 20,000 cups/hour
