Nina Nguyen
Office Administrator
Nina Nguyen joined the WNA team just over a year ago transitioning from the healthcare industry, and she’s proven to be a quick learner. As an office administrator, she plays a key role in ensuring seamless shipping of parts across North America, managing invoicing and supporting her WNA colleagues, so they can focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.

Q: What are your specific duties at WNA?
I mostly work behind the scenes handling invoicing, estimates, shipping and processing spare parts orders. I manage the administrative tasks that are often tedious and redundant, helping to lighten the load for our team so they can focus on supporting our customers.
Q: Where did you work before your current position?
I worked as an administrative assistant for a home health care company. While transitioning out of healthcare may seem like a big shift, it has been very refreshing to explore a new industry and expand my knowledge in a different field.
Q: What made you want to work at WNA?
I enjoyed being in the health care field, however at WNA I saw an opportunity to help people in a different way. Although the industries are different, the common thread here is making a meaningful impact. What really attracted me was the team’s passion and dedication — they genuinely care about supporting customers, which is truly inspiring. As a mom of three young kids, I also appreciate the flexible work schedule.
Q: What is the most exciting part of your job?
I love working with the team and knowing that my contributions can make a difference. While I may not interact with customers directly, hearing their success stories makes me proud to be part of such a dedicated and passionate team.
Q: What piece of advice would you give to someone looking to work in this industry?
Keep an open mind and don't limit yourself to just one field. Even though I am new to the food and beverage industry, I have learned so much in the past year!
Q: Do you have any hobbies or guilty pleasures outside of work?
I have three young kids, so I don't always have time for my own hobbies — but when I do, I enjoy golfing with my siblings. Sibling rivalry is the best! And I get four kid-free hours ??. I also enjoy traveling, trying new foods and cooking delicious meals.
Q: When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
A professional tennis player.
Q: What three items would you take with you to a deserted island?
A deserted island sounds like a vacation, so probably a hammock to nap, water and sunscreen.
Q: What do you hope to achieve in the future with your career?
I hope to grow with WNA and continue learning, eventually becoming as knowledgeable as my mentors.
