More than 1,000 employees traveled from all over the world to the company’s headquarters in Wangen im Allgäu, Germany, to celebrate Waldner’s long-standing success.

The German manufacturer Waldner, the parent company of Waldner North America (WNA), celebrated its 115th anniversary last month with more than 1,000 employees from all over the world at the company’s headquarters in Wangen im Allgäu, Germany. Guests put on Dirndl and Lederhosen and toasted to Waldner’s long-standing success with a traditional Oktoberfest, enjoying traditional German food, music and beer.
Founded in 1908 in Southern Germany, Waldner began as a small family-owned metalworking business. A few years later, during the post-war period, the company entered the dairy business. In 1957, Waldner introduced the first DOSOMAT packaging equipment to the world.

Today, Waldner is a global leader in manufacturing world-class packaging equipment and customized, highly efficient solutions. Over the last 40 years, more than 3,500 filling and sealing Waldner machines have been designed and manufactured, with nearly 80% of them still operating today. These machines package a variety of products, including food, pet food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical products.
